Our focus is on Technology, Digitalization, Engineering and Business Services Sectors.
We operate private equity by doing investments in companies which have good fundamentals, growth potential and/or financial improvements can be done and where we can utilise our strategic expertise. Our multi-discipline investment and asset management team brings years of strategy, industry and transaction expertise as successful entrepreneurs, investors, executives and M&A advisors. Our professionals are supported by senior advisors with whom we work as one team.

We also provide direct investment opportunities to our investors. Our active deal-flow management gives us visibility to off-market transactions. We qualify these opportunities and prepare an investment thesis to find out the right strategic rationale for our partners. These situations include exits, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, JV’s and strategic partnerships.

We organize our business into two segments

Private Equity

Buyout – Venture Capital – Growth Capital – Distressed and Special Situations

We structure and manage lean, transparent and interest-aligned investment platforms. We support entrepreneur families, institutional investors and wealthy individuals to originate, complete and grow the value of exclusive direct private capital investments. Investors can either implement their own investment strategy for a wholly owned portfolio tailored to their goals or co-invest with reputable peers and financial investors to contribute and leverage expertise and private capital investments.
Direct Investments
For Entrepreneurs, Shareholders and Corporations Acquisition – Divestment – Exit – Spin-Off – Strategic Partnership – JV

We identify, analyze and structure direct investment opportunities. In addition to our investment funds, we offer our investors and partners the sourcing, facilitation and management of direct investments which are mainly off-market deals. Typically our team has a leading role from screening of opportunities until the finalization of investment thesis. From the due diligence phase onwards, we often work together with our customers’ in-house M&A teams and advisors and support them until closing.

We find the key focus areas of impact which will be leverage points on value creation. Our value to all partners, is our commitment to everything we do.

Identify
Our investment approach is based on active deal-flow management and a rigorous due diligence process. We proactively identify and qualify transaction leads by having a continuous dialog with our broad network of quality relationships with entrepreneurs, board members, corporate executives, advisors, strategic buyers and sellers, family offices, private investors and banks. Each of these leads are qualified and investment theses developed prior to investment commitment.
Develop
We have a ‘hands-on’ approach through all stages of development to ensure that rationale of the project is delivered and projected synergies and objectives achieved. We work together with the management and our senior advisors as one team to take businesses to the next level and beyond by providing strategy advise, operational excellence and global network of quality relationships.
Realise
We have a long-term investment horizon, committed to achieving the best long-term outcomes for all partners. After value creation phase, typically four to six years, we sell our stake and aim to distribute attractive returns to our partners.
